To clear up any confusion,
Parchment is free for all current high school seniors in Illinois. You should not be charged to send your transcripts to colleges. There is no limit to the number of transcripts that you send. If you are being charged, contact one of the high school counselors. Be sure to check the following first:
- The transcript must be ordered from a student account using the IVC student email address.
- Be sure your year of graduation is correct in your account. It must say 2018 or you will be charged.
- There may be an extra fee to attach a schedule. The counselors can do it for free. See a counselor.
