If you are interested in pursuing a future as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Army through the ROTC program while earning your degree at one of several Illinois public schools, you may be eligible for and receive the Illinois State Tuition Waiver Scholarship (ISTW) by participating in the ISTW Combine.
